We’ve simplified this process and show you, up front, exactly what you’ll pay for multi-color logos. Whenever possible, we’ve streamlined your prices so you can easily “boost” your promotional item with upgraded packaging or more premium decorations online. This process makes budgeting simple and straightforward, and removes any “gotchas” that could later lead to buyer’s remorse.
There’s nothing worse than designing a product online, and realizing when it arrives that you uploaded a low-resolution image or placed your logo off-center and there’s nothing you can do about it. Or spending tons of time attempting to upload a large file, only to find out it’s not a supported format. Decorating promotional products can be tricky, and we don’t expect our customers to be experts. When you place your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation requesting your artwork. Do you have a vector logo to send us (or a link)? Awesome. If not, we’ll work with you to get your art print-ready, and then you’ll receive a professionally prepared mockup for approval, made by a design team that works here in our building (never outsourced) and is always available if you have a complex question. Print templates are always available if you’d prefer to work your creative magic, and it will still go through intensive QA checks here to make sure your design prints exactly how you intended (and not just how you submitted it).
Every product on our site has an estimated shipping timeframe, which includes the time needed to prep your art and create a proof for your approval. Need your order sooner? No problem – most of our products are available with expedited production, often at no charge. We will let you know up front if there would be additional costs associated with getting your order delivered within an expedited timeframe and provide additional options if those additional costs won’t work for your budget.
